There are lots of free web hosting websites.I'll recommend you to use 110mb.com and t35.com.If you are not satisfied with these sites then go to google and type "free web hosting".you will get more sites.
After going to one of these free web hosting websites make an account and make free website.One important thing is while making your site give it a name very long so that victim will not notice the long URL.
for example:- if you're hacking gmail account then name your website like "gmailhelploginuser.xxx.yyy"
After making your free website go to your control panel and upload all fake login page files that you've downloaded.Make sure that you've uploded all files in same directory in your control panel.That's it you've now made a website to trap your victim.

3.send link to your victim

So after making your website now it's time to hack your victim's account.Now suppose that you have made website "gmailhelploginuser.xxx.yyy" and your fake login page have url "gmailhelploginuser.xxx.yyy/gmail.htm" so now give this fake login page's url to your victim if he clicks that and login through that you will get his password in "password.txt" file on your website.That's it you've hacked his account.
One important thing is that to trap your victim you've to think yourself how will you give your fake login page url to him.I'll give an example.

for example:-i want to hack one gmail account so i'll write a mail to him, "you have got lottery worth 1 million$. To get your lottery reward click given link below and login again." if he clicks that link and login again then you'll get his password and he'll be redirected somewhere else.
